Departure Assistance Service:
De Palm uniformed staff to assist departing passengers at the airport.
Staff will meet the arriving vehicles and inform passengers of airport check-in procedures at the various airline counters.
Minimum two (2) consecutive hours.
Sky Cap Service (for departures):
Airport porter service for carrying luggage from coach to check-in counters for group
departures of 6 or more departing passengers.
Minimum guarantee 6 persons.
Hospitality Desk Services:
Our experienced Hospitality Desk staff is available to work closely with your on-site staffing. The services of a De Palm Tours staff member include:
The coordination of all contracted De Palm functions; provide information on program itinerary, guest relations, and in general acting as a support team for the entire program.
Restaurant menus, optional tour programs and general island information will be available at the desk.
Services are provided during regular working hours from 08:00 until 17:00. After hour staffing is available upon request.
Minimum of four (4) consecutive hours. Staff is entitled to one (1) hrs break after four (4) consecutive working hours
