  Silpada Design
February, 2007

Silpada Design enjoys fun in the sun on De Palm Private Island Balashi – Silpada Designs, specializing in fine Sterling jewelry, booked an incentive group of over 700 visitors and invaded De Palm Private Island for a day. The VIP group enjoyed a full schedule of wet and wild activities, organized by the De Palm Tours group specialists. The group took over the island in its entirety, and allowed the staff of De Palm Tours Destination Management Services, to plan all arrangements. The specialized department, handling incentive groups and events rose to the challenge and orchestrated a memorable experience for the guests, including delicious food catering, and additional water activities. It all resulted in a worry-free production for Silpada top management which joined in the fun. De Palm Tours covered the day’s agenda from hotel pick up in the early morning hours to the drop off at the end of the day and the comments from guests were fantastic, they all had a fabulous time, as seen in our snapshots. De Palm offers fast and convenient ferry rides from Port De Palm across to De Palm Island, a dream vacation paradise open to the general public.

The U.S. State Department and the Department Homeland Security recently announced the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative, which will require all U.S. citizens and foreign nationals, to carry a passport or other accepted secure documents to enter or re-enter the U.S. from vacations or business travel anywhere in the Caribbean effective January 23, 2007. This requirement is applied to all air and sea travel. De Palm Tours, in an effort to assist its valued visitors, strongly encourages all travelers to apply for their passports and advises all travelers to allow six to eight weeks to process U.S. passport applications in anticipation of their vacations to Aruba, where happiness lives.
