Experience a magical Caribbean night under the stars at this private isle. Discover a true Aruban Night of casual elegance when waiters serve invitees at their elegant dressed table amidst the sugar white sand over looking the Caribbean Sea. Upon arrival at the enchanted island waiters in elegant B&W attire welcome guests with a glass of chilled strawberry champagne. A guests make their way to the dining area, they are guided by a Tiki torch lit red carpet. An exquisite arrangements of Hot and Cold Hors d’ Oeuvres are served under the many twinkle-lights lit palm trees. In the background you hear the melody of the waves softly breaking on the sand. Dinner consists of such delicious tropical buffet consisting of such entrees as; Baby Rack of Lamb, Grilled Filet Mignon, Veal stuffed with crab meat. The grand finale of the evening is the Tropical Fruit Flambé, Cherries Jubilee and Baked Alaska prepared by your chef right under the palm trees. A perfect ending for a reward winning program.

The party begins with the colorful local music mixing with the maracas you’re shaking on our way to the Lighthouse Restaurant.

Built in 1914, 1915 and 1916, the California Lighthouse is located at the northernmost point of Aruba, where the Caribbean sea crashes and fumes into the rocks. La Trattoria restaurant which used to be the lodging of the lighthouse keepers is now one of Aruba’s most prestigious culinary dwellings. Situated on a coral reef cliff it’s outdoor terrace offers visitors a breath taking view of a Caribbean Sea bathing in a golden Aruban sunset splendor. A must visit on any culinary escapade.

Your evening will start with a cocktail reception on the lower terrace just as the sunset begins.

Then were off to dinner at Surfside Marina. Hosting one gigantic palapa, overlooking the Caribbean Sea, one contains the laid back beach bar featuring a myriad of tropical libations, call drinks, beer and wine, while the other invites you into the open-air seaside restaurant offering no bad seat in the house.

Our spectacular Signature Event is completely inspired by the Aruban Carnival celebration, which will allow your guests to fully experience this Grand Celebration.

Located in the center of town, this quaint town square surrounded by Dutch Facades of the many shops & Boutiques is an unique setting for this wonderful event. A superbly laid out decorative buffet offers many specialties including Aruba and international foods. Prepared by one of the major hotel’s popular food & beverage team, guarantees that each guest’s appetite is fulfilled. The colorful tables with center pieces displays Carnival’s true colors. Beautiful hostess in price winning costumes welcome our arriving guests and provide them with their own carnival masks to join in the Carnival conga line, later that evening.

The Carnival Bacchanal theme reaches it’s full potential when through the music, performed by a top local Carnival band, making it impossible for guests not to get up and “shake their thing”. Upon the introduction of our Carnival prize winning Dance group, the party is in full swing and the true meaning of Carnival is defined!

Dinner at Papiamento Restaurant is an exquisite dining experience and a trip back in time. True to their Aruban heritage, your hosts, the Ellis Family will welcome you to their 19th Century Aruban country house (Cunucu) where they serve a menu of the freshest seafood and international cuisine prepared by their “Gold Award” winning chefs, who are also the Ellis’ children. A welcome glass of champagne awaits for you as you enter the grounds. Be delighted by the athletic and breath taking performance by our Olympic Synchronized swimming team.

Dinner is served poolside surrounded by lush tropical gardens, Flowering Frangipani trees lighted with white twinkle lights, terra cotta urns and antique benches and tables. The dining tables are dressed with flowing white tablecloths and chair covers. Local flowers and lanterns top each table.

Cocktails are served on the Palm Terrace adjoining the main house. A jazz trio or steel band is the perfect accompaniment to start this magical evening.

The group arrives at De Palm Island to celebrate a “Pirates of the Caribbean” party.
We walk to the back half of the island where Coconut Charlie, a swordsman is chopping coconuts in half. Then, the coconuts are filled with wonderful tropical drinks for the guests to drink out of. A calypso band is playing…the tables are dressed in red and black linens…the area is set with many pirate flags bearing crossbones and various Caribbean nations in large and small, there are large ship masts with canvas and rope like sails to place in crates and food displays, large life-sized pirate dummy dolls dressed as pirates and parrot dummies. There are displays consisting of wooden barrels, sand bags, driftwood, coral, crates, ship wheel displays, treasure chests packed with jewels, pearls, and gold (all faux of course), and the buffet areas in red and black fabric, with fish nets, lanterns, rope, and conch shells. Centerpieces on the tables will be illuminated rustic lanterns surrounded by loose gold coins. Tiki torches to illuminate area and staff will be dressed in pirate outfits. Oh, and let’s not forget the tropical birdman with parrots! Guests feast on a wonderful meal – and the fun really begins at 8:00 when a 5-Piece dance band, inclusive of a vocalist, begins to get the group up and dancing! At the end of the night, the pirates appear out on the ocean and begin “fighting”, which in reality, becomes a 8 minute fireworks show to cap off the evening. After an evening full of surprise and fun, the group returns via shuttle boats and then by bus back to the hotel, about 30 minutes away.
